45 days to change your mind.
You do not need a reason. Wear them at dinner, on a call, in a loud room. If they are not right for you, send them back within 45 days of delivery. Full refund, no questions.
How it works
1. Message us on WhatsApp
Email us at returns@listnhearingaids.com or message us on WhatsApp at +1 (682) 241-3376 with your order number. Let us know you would like to return your order.
2. Return confirmed
We will confirm your return and send you the return address.
3. Post your device
Pack your device back in its charging case and post it back to us. Please do not post until your return is confirmed and the return address is provided.
4. Refund processed
Once we receive it, we will process your refund within 5-7 working days.

What if my 45 days is nearly up?
Message us before day 45. As long as you have started the return in time, you are covered.
What if only one thing is wrong, not the whole order?
Message us on WhatsApp first. Most issues do not need a full return, tell us what is going on and we will sort it directly.
